The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued an important update regarding the personality test for the UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2023. Candidates scheduled for the personality test can find the full details on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
According to the announcement, the Commission has decided to provide a window for candidates to update their service allocation details exclusively in DAF-1 through the official website. This decision comes in response to numerous requests from candidates participating in the P.T./Interview process, including those recommended through CSE-2022 or previous CSEs, who were unable to update their service allocation details in DAF-I before the closing date of CSM-2023.
The link for updating these details will be active from February 1 to February 5, 2024, until 6 pm. The notice emphasizes that requests submitted after the closing date will not be entertained.
UPSC Civil Services Main Exam: Phase I of the P.T. program is scheduled from January 2 to February 16, 2024, with Phase II taking place from February 19 to March 15, 2024. The P.T. schedule for remaining candidates will be posted on the Commission’s website in due course. Only candidates who have cleared the written test are eligible for the personality test.
