The AICTE-Saksham Scholarship Scheme, managed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), aims to support differently-abled students pursuing technical education in India by offering financial assistance.
Objective:
- To encourage and support differently-abled students to pursue technical education in India.
Eligibility:
- Differently-abled students pursuing full-time technical degree/diploma courses in any of the AICTE-approved institutions.
- Students with at least 40% disability as certified by a competent authority.
Benefits:
- All eligible differently-abled students will receive INR 50,000 for every year of study as a lump sum amount towards payment of college fees, purchase of computers, books, stationeries, software, equipment, etc.
How to Apply:
- Students can apply for the scholarship online through the AICTE portal.
Important Dates:
- The AICTE-Saksham Scholarship Scheme 2023-24 is currently accepting applications, starting from October 1, 2023, and Deadline on December 31, 2023.
