Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the KSET Admit Card 2023 was released on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) on their official website, www.kea.kar.nic.in. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, January 13, 2024 in two shifts.
As per the schedule, the KSET 2023 will be conducted on January 13, 2024, in two shifts – 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Paper I) and 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM (Paper II).
Candidates who have registered for the exam can download their KSET Admit Card by logging in with their KEA Application Number and Candidate Name. The admit card contains important information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, shift timings, exam venue, and reporting time.

Exam Pattern
The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) consists of two papers, Paper-I and Paper-II. Each paper holds its own significance and structure, aiming to evaluate different aspects of knowledge and skills.
Paper Structure
Paper-I: General Understanding
This section includes 50 questions, each carrying 2 marks. Topics encompass general nature, teaching/research aptitude, general awareness, reasoning, and comprehension skills.
Paper-II: Subject-Specific Focus

Key Instructions
- Time Management: Ensure to reach the examination center at least one hour before the scheduled time to avoid any last-minute rush.
- Admission Ticket and Identity: You can only enter the assigned examination hall upon presenting your Admission Ticket and a valid Identity Card.
- Exam Sessions: If you’re taking both sessions, note that leaving the exam center after the first session (before 12:00 Noon) won’t be allowed.
- OMR Sheet Instructions: Remember to accurately write your ‘Register Number’ and shade the corresponding circles on the OMR sheet. Similarly, input the ‘Version Code’ on the OMR Answer Sheet without any errors.
- Special Accommodations: Physically disabled candidates who have requested a scribe will find their scribe details in the admission ticket.
Candidates are advised to carefully check all the details on their admit card and ensure that they carry a valid photo ID proof and a copy of their admit card to the exam center.
