The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) conducted the Group 2 preliminary screening test on February 25, from 10:30 am to 1 pm. Currently, the APPSC Group 2 Result for this exam are pending. The commission notified candidates through psc.ap.gov.in that the results would be announced within the next five to eight weeks. However, an official confirmation regarding the specific date and time of the result declaration is yet to be provided.
Following the exam, the answer key for the APPSC Group 2 exam was released on February 26, with objections accepted until February 29.
This year, a significant number of candidates, totaling 4,83,525, registered for the exam. Out of these, 4,63,517 downloaded their hall tickets, and 4,04,037 actually appeared for the exam, reflecting an overall attendance rate of 87.17 percent. The exam was conducted across 1327 venues in 24 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination will proceed to the Mains examination, tentatively scheduled for June-July 2024.
